Confidentiality

The specific services, technologies, intellectual property, information, products, designs, plans, ideas, documents and data of each First Class Partnerships contract and customer are to be treated as confidential and may not be given to an outside firm or individual, except through normal channels with appropriate prior authorisation. Any materials, information or data regarding a contract or customer that are to be used for analysis or other purposes must be combined with other data or "cleaned" in a manner in which the individual customer is not identified, prior to any such materials, information or data being given to an outside firm or individual.

The requirements of this confidentiality policy apply to every employee and associate of First Class Partnerships, regardless of status (e.g., full-time, part-time or per diem), to relatives of employees and associates and to other persons living in the same household. It also applies to any advisor (non-employee or employee of First Class Partnerships), or any other person (for example, an accountant) who may make a decision resulting in a contractual relationship between First Class Partnerships and a vendor or contractor.
