FCP Chairman John Nelson advises the Rail Value for Money study

FCP Chairman John Nelson has been advising the Rail Value for Money study since August 2010. In this capacity he has been a member of the Advisory Board led by Sir Roy McNulty. Other members of the Advisory Board are John Armitt, (former Chief Executive of Network Rail), David Rowlands (former Permanent Secretary at the Department of Transport), Chris Bolt (former Chairman of the Office of Rail Regulation) and Andrew Haines (CEO of the Civil Aviation Authority). Sir Roy’s recommendations to the Secretary of State, Philip Hammond, are expected to be made in April.
