John Nelson Addresses Railway Study Associaiton

At the request of Richard Brown, this year's President, John Nelson addressed the Railway Study Association on the subject of railway privatisation, past present and future. He spoke to a packed meeting at the London School of Economics and his presentation, which is reproduced here, was published recently by Modern Railways Magazine.
